MP3 Converter — Effective date: 10 October 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the MP3 Converter iPhone app ("MP3 Converter" or "the app"). MP3 Converter is developed by Camm Studios ("we", "our", or "us") and is sold on the App Store under the seller name NATHAN A CAMMARERI. By downloading or using MP3 Converter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms apply only to MP3 Converter and take the place of our general app terms for this app.
Your licence to use MP3 Converter is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms add details specific to MP3 Converter. They do not limit any right you have under the Standard EULA.
Some parts of the app are open-source software provided under their own licences. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights those licences give you.
MP3 Converter converts audio files, and the audio track of videos, that you choose from Files or Photos into MP3 files. You can trim and play back your audio in the app. Conversion happens entirely on your iPhone. Your media is never uploaded to Camm Studios or any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Only convert media that you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for making sure your use of MP3 Converter, and of any MP3 you create, follows copyright law and any other laws or terms that apply to that media.
Your media and the MP3s you create belong to you or their rights holders. We do not claim any ownership of them, and we never receive them.
You agree not to use MP3 Converter for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone else's rights, or to try to gain unauthorised access to any system related to the app, such as purchase verification.
MP3 Converter keeps its copies of your media and your converted MP3s in protected app storage on your iPhone. These files are excluded from iCloud and iTunes backups, and deleting the app deletes them. Because we never receive your files, we cannot recover them.
Save any MP3 you want to keep to a location of your choice, such as a folder in Files. To the extent permitted by law, Camm Studios is not responsible for the loss of files kept only inside the app.
MP3 Converter Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription. Pro unlocks batch conversion, encoding settings, presets, and text tags. The current price is shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.
To the extent permitted by law, MP3 Converter is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will convert every file.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camm Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MP3 Converter, including loss of data, loss of files, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to MP3 Converter will not exceed the amount you paid for MP3 Converter, including MP3 Converter Pro, in the twelve (12) months before your claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camm Studios from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, including converting media you do not have the right to use.
Your right to use MP3 Converter ends automatically if you do not comply with these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using MP3 Converter after changes are posted, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
